Return Policy

You must first send an email to fashiontravelsboutique@gmail.com notifying us of your return. You should receive a confirmation email to send the merchandise back. To be eligible for a full refund on the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging when sending back. If the product is received and the original package was unopened then the merchandise will be inspected and upon approval, a full refund minus shipping charges should be approved. If the customer prefers a replacement of the exact merchandise (as in a different size a credit certificate will be applied and Fashion Travels Boutique will ship the new size product out and it must be shipped to the same address of the previous shipment.

Our policy lasts 7 days from the time your order is received. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase and we did not receive an email notifying us of your return and the reason why then, unfortunately, we may not offer you a refund or store credit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being considered accepted as a return. Sanitary goods, such as lingerie, bathing suits, and undergarments cannot be refunded for the full price especially if the package was opened. If your item is non-returnable and is approved after it is received a store credit may be applied minus shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee..

Face and Cleansing masks.
Make-up/cosmetics
Any health or personal care items that pose a sanitary risk if returned

To complete your return:

Fashion Travels Boutique reserves the right at their discretion to issue a store credit, full refund or do nothing at all.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or altered merchandise. You will need to file a complaint with the carrier service who delivered your package.

Any item not in its original condition or package is automatically subject to a 25% charge for restocking fee.
